Tax Credit Extension---Can I Still Use It to Buy a Home in Hawaii?
The answer is no, but this
shouldn’t stop you from buying a new home in Hawaii just yet. The
proposed plan congress has given Barak Obama to sign is only for
buyers who were already in escrow before April 30th, 2010.
The plan would allow these buyers until September 30, 2010 to close
and does not apply to buyers who went into contract after April 30th,
